2012 seems to be the year for family to visit.
In January, Janelle and Grey came for a few days.
Then in February, my cousin, Arlan, and his wife, Katie, and daughter, Haven (2) came down with the Lester workteam.
Arlan, Katie, and Haven rode with me on my route on Sunday. Here they are getting to know Rodrigo, a boy I pick up in el Mezquite.

Katie's mom came down with the Lester group and she came with Arlan, Katie, and Haven to our house for supper on Monday night.

Just a few days later, my Mom and Dad came down with the Gridley workteam.
It didn't take Dad long to make friends with some of the newer kids, like Leo. :)
Mom enjoyed connecting back up with Ruth and meeting little Santiago.
Monday night, Mom and Dad came for supper. They enjoyed spending some extra time with the girls, including Jaqui.
Whenever Mom and Dad come down to visit the kids are always enthralled by Dad's height.
Here Jaqui found a way to be taller than him. :)
On Tuesday we went to the plaza, Lupita's, and Café Sed.
I realized at various points that I had not taken enough pictures of the week.

I don't have anyone coming in March,
but in April I am looking forward to spending some time with these cuties...

Great reminders of really special people that we are missing..our family and your CVE family! We had a wonderful time with you..love and miss you so much..but staying close in prayer! mom/dad
